✔ No visible damage or signs of use

3. Refund Process

✔ Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
✔ Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

📌 If the item is damaged upon return or missing parts, we may deduct a partial refund.

4. Exchanges (1-Year Warranty)

If your product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, we offer a free exchange within 1 year.

6. Who Covers Return Shipping Costs?

If the return is due to a product defect or mistake from us → We cover the return shipping.
If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong order, etc.) → The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

I really like it! The charging is nice and I like the different pressure settings. The only problem I've noticed is the water drips down the water flosser and can change the water settings sometimes. Still better than any other I've had.

The colour is amazing

It is easy to use and the difference in pressure makes it gently on your teeth

Imagine being able to floss your entire mouth in 30 seconds

This thing is a game changer. Ever since I had my gold crowns put in, I've had to floss far more often. More stuff gets stuck back there and I found myself needing a consistent and extensive floss routine. I am a perfectionist so my teeth routine was taking me 10+ minutes. Best Tonsil Stone Irrigator

I seriously love this thing. I’ve been suffering from deep tonsil stones that even my ENT specialist had a hard time removing in the past, but this irrigator does the trick. It’s now become part of my daily routine! My mouth feels 10x better, seriously. The ONLY thing I wish this had was a light so I could easily see where my nozzle is pointing.. :)
